2026 Corporate Sustainability Elite Training Program Launches with Deloitte Taiwan

The Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE), in collaboration with Deloitte Taiwan, jointly held the “2026 Corporate Sustainability Elite Training Program” foundational course on January 27 at Deloitte Taiwan’s Green Corner in Taipei. Centered on the theme of “Sustainability Reports,” the course combined systematic instruction with practical exercises to help enterprises strengthen their sustainability disclosure capabilities and cultivate ESG professionals with comprehensive sustainability expertise. A total of 76 participants attended the program.

Focusing on Sustainability Disclosure Trends and Enhancing Corporate Communication

The event officially commenced with opening remarks delivered by Executive Vice President Cathy Lee of Deloitte Taiwan’s Sustainability Transformation Services team and Secretary-General Tsai Chi Kuo of TAISE.

Executive Vice President Cathy Lee noted that as global sustainability regulations continue to evolve, sustainability reports have become a critical communication bridge between enterprises and stakeholders for effectively disclosing sustainability performance and governance achievements. Secretary-General Tsai Chi Kuo further emphasized that amid the rapid development of international ESG trends, enterprises must establish systematic sustainability management and disclosure capabilities. Through professional training, organizations can better understand the key frameworks and evaluation perspectives required for sustainability reporting.

Professionally Designed Curriculum for Mastering Key Elements of Sustainability Reports

In the morning session, Secretary-General Tsai Chi Kuo from TAISE delivered an in-depth analysis of the evaluation criteria and benchmark cases of the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA). Through case studies, participants gained insights into the logic of sustainability report preparation and key disclosure priorities, helping them establish a comprehensive sustainability communication mindset.

The afternoon session was led by Deputy CEO Chi-Yi Cheng of TAISE, who shared the evaluation process of the TCSA Corporate Sustainability Report Awards. The session guided participants in understanding report scoring methodologies and evaluation mechanisms, further strengthening their ability to assess report quality and enhance practical sustainability disclosure applications.

The program concluded with a hands-on workshop session, where Deputy CEO Chi-Yi Cheng, Senior Gold Judges Chen and Hsieh served as mentors to evaluate and provide professional feedback on participants’ group presentations. Through practical application, participants were able to reinforce their ESG knowledge framework. The discussions were lively, and participants expressed strong engagement and valuable learning outcomes.

Continuing to Promote Corporate Sustainability Education and Cultivate Professional Talent

Since its launch in 2015, the Corporate Sustainability Elite Training Program has attracted more than 14,080 participants, with every session receiving enthusiastic registrations. For more information about the program, please visit https://tcsaward.org.tw/tw/about/summit/CSR .
