Corporate Comprehensive Performance

The following TCSA Award categories are suitable for both Domestic Enterprises and International Enterprises.

Contents of submission:

1. English and Chinese titles for the Comprehensive Performance section, an
English and Chinese Executive Summary, and the relevant Chinese or English
reports covering Award evaluation dimensions and contents, as well as any
supplementary charts or Figures (for any powerpoint presentation,
include the file and text as an Appendix).
2. International enterprises should submit their Parent company most recent CSR report
for evaluation, and such CSR report may be submitted in either paper printed or
electronic file versions.
3. Enterprises selected for the Final Rounds of evaluations will be required to make an in
person presentation.

Formats of Submission (either in Chinese or English):
1. Chinese reports:
- Complete the official contest website online system.
- Shall be less than 5,000 Chinese characters, including grammatical marks and
blank spaces, while English words shall be counted in terms of letters as
corresponding to one Chinese character per English alphabet letter.
- For Charts or Figures supplements as a powerpoint presentation, the
presentation shall be made in a 4:3 screen size, and shall be no longer than
10 pages (not including the cover and last page), with a maximum file size of
10MB in a .pdf file format.

2. English reports:
- Complete the official contest website online system.
- Shall be submitted in A4 format, using single spacing and single column text
presentation, in Times New Roman Font size 12.
- The entire text and all pictures and figures, shall be no more than 15 pages
(not including the cover and final page), and submitted in a .pdf file of less
than 10MB, using the TCSA official website online registration system for uploading.

Notes:

Best Performance of Specific Category

Growth through Innovation Awards, People Development Awards, and any of the other eight awards in this category.

Contents of submission:
1. Enterprises shall report their activities in the relevant award dimensions in a maximum
of 2,000 Chinese character elements (text only), and any supplemental Figures (which
when submitted in powerpoint presentation format shall be submitted as an Appendix).
2. Outstanding examples shall feature topics in Chinese and English languages, with
Chinese and English Executive Summary, the latest three years expenses and human
resource inputs status, with an explanation of outstanding examples in a maximum of
3,000 Chinese character elements (text only), and any supplemental Figures (which
when submitted in powerpoint presentation format shall be submitted as an Appendix).

1. Chinese character elements shall be deemed to include grammatical marks and
blank spaces, and English words shall be counted by the number of letters of the
alphabet as one Chinese character element per letter.
2. For Charts or Figures supplements as a powerpoint presentation, the presentation
shall be made in a 4:3 screen size.
3. For Charts or Figures supplements as a powerpoint presentation, the presentation
shall be no longer than 6 pages (not including the cover and last page), with a
maximum file size of 5MB in a .pdf file format.
4. Outstanding example explanatory figures supplements shall be no longer than 10
powerpoint pages (not including the cover and last page), with a maximum file size
of 10MB in a .pdf file format.

Notes

1. Report contents regarding relevant activities shall comport with the required contents
for the Award dimensions, and each portion of the report shall clearly note the title of
the award contents to which the portion refers.
2. Content time scope of coverage: shall be limited to 2018, with earlier performance
as supplementation.
3. Prior enterprise recipients of the Corporate Comprehensive Performance Award, shall
limit their report submission coverage to activities in 2018 in principle, and shall clearly
delineate any contributions from participating submissions in 2016 and 2017.
4. International enterprises participating only in the Best Performance of Specific
Category, but not in the Corporate Comprehensive Performance Award or the
Corporate Sustainability Report award, need only register for the specific
category award, and need only otherwise submit their “Understanding and Efficacy
of Implementation of Parent Company CSR Strategies” in a 3,000 Chinese character
element description (including grammatical marks and blank spaces, and English
words shall be counted by the number of letters of the alphabet as one Chinese
character element per letter), along with an electronic file version of the parent
company CSR report for reference.

Corporate Sustainability Report　

Domestic Enterprises must participate in evaluation of their Corporate Sustainability Report.

Submission contents:
1. Participants must submit the most recent two years (2018 and 2019) CSR reports,
along with disclosure of contents of the firm’s ESG information, sustainability and
social responsibility reports for 2017and 2018. The report framework is not limited
to either of the GRI G3, G3.1 or G4 standards.
2. Establish a dedicated corporate website link for the CSR report (and provide the
URL therefore).
3. Complete the enterprise status self-evaluation form.

Submission method:
1. Complete the official contest website online system self-evaluation form, and
submit it by uploading.
2. Send 10 paper copies of the report to: 5F, No. 35, Lane 11, Kwang-Fu N. Road,
