1. Taiwanese corporate, governmental agency(institution), university and hospital
(1) Corporates, governmental agencies, universities, and hospitals must be founded and operated in Taiwan.
(2) Applicant organizations that have achieved remarkable results in sustainability can freely choose to apply for the corporate ESG performance award.
(3) If a Taiwanese corporate, hospital, university, and governmental agency plans to apply for the sustainability comprehensive performance award, the organization should first participate in the corporate sustainability reports award and their reports should be validated by the third party.

2. Foreign business
(1) Foreign companies must be established and operated in Taiwan.
(2) You can choose whether to participate in the sustainability report selection depending on whether you have published a CSR report for your branch/or subsidiary in Taiwan.
(3) Those that have achieved remarkable results in sustainability can freely choose to apply for the sustainability comprehensive performance award and the corporate ESG performance award.

3. Outstanding Sustainability Achievement
Individuals, who are nominated by domestic and foreign government agencies, non-governmental organizations, enterprises, and academic research institutions, are qualified to apply for the outstanding sustainability achievement award.
