2021 Qualification
Requirements
(1) Taiwanese corporate, governmental agency(institution), university and hospital
university and hospital must be founded and operated in Taiwan
region.
- Those who have achieved certain results in sustainable
performance from wide range of categories of fields can choose
to sign up for the “Taiwan Sustainability Action Award.”
(2) Foreign business
- Foreign companies must be set up and operated in Taiwan region,
which is inside the territory of Taiwan.
- It is optional to participate in “Sustainability Report,” depending on
whether the CSR report from branch(subsidiary) company is
published.
- Those who have achieved certain results in sustainable
performance from wide categories of fields can choose to sign up
for the “Sustainable Individual Performance Award.”
Representatives of domestic and foreign government agencies(institutions), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), enterprises or academic research institutions can nominate candidates. For more information, please check the following instructions.
Application and award instructions
- Those who are interested in registering “Sustainable Individual Performance Award” and “Sustainability Comprehensive Performance Award” are required to participate in “Sustainable report award” at the same time, except of foreign companies.
1. “Sustainable Individual Performance Award” and “Sustainability
Comprehensive Performance Award” are differentiated into
corporate, university, hospital and governmental
agency(institution) respectively when announcing and
awarding.
2. We adopt grading system in order to encourage more small and
medium-sized enterprises to participate. We classified the
grading depending on
global revenue:
(1) global revenue more than NTD 6 billion in 2019
(2) global revenue less than NTD 6 billion in 2019.
Entry and award instructions
1. Suggested that A is a foreign company which has published global
report, but no Taiwan-region report. It is not qualified to register for
“Corporate CSR Award.”
2. Suggested that company B has published both global report and
Taiwan-regional report, it is qualified that a foreign
company (company B) register for “Sustainable Individual
Performance Award,” “Sustainability Comprehensive Performance
Award,” and “Taiwan Sustainable Development Goal Award,” etc.
3. Suggested that company C is a Taiwanese corporate, it doesn’t
publish CSR report but has relevant performances on SDGs.
Therefore, company C planning to join the “Taiwan SDGs Award”
solely. In this case, it is qualified for Taiwanese corporate,
university, hospital and governmental agency(institution).
4. Suggested that company C is a Taiwanese corporate, it doesn’t
publish CSR report but has relevant performances on individual
performance, and plans to register for “Sustainable Individual
Performance Award” and “Sustainability Comprehensive Award.” In
this case, it is not qualified for the registration. The qualification for
joining the “Sustainable Individual Performance Award” and
“Sustainability Comprehensive Award” is opening to those who
joined “Corporate Sustainable Award,” who published CSR reports.
