Launched by the Yunlin County Police Department, the project uses advanced technology to deliver police services, foster sustainable economic growth with five key strategies:
1.Smart Protection – The first nationwide to build a systemic marking system for all agricultural, fishery, and livestock machinery for identification and anti-resell.
2.Smart Technology – Builds a smart database that incorporates criminal statistics, digital forensic programs, with Cloud Dragon Vehicle Tracking System synced in real-time data nationwide.
3.Smart Surveillance – Combines AI Image Recognition & IoT Monitoring to protect farms.
4.Smart Reporting – Real-time digital reporting and LINE Agro-Guard System enable police and patrol teams to report suspicious activity instantly via a mobile app for rapid response.
5.Smart Patrols – Develops the “Yunlin Smart Patrol System” which optimize patrol routes with big-data and encourage community engagement by working with the police and insurance.
This initiative pioneers a police-led public service model, promoting full employment and sustainable growth, and stands as a model for sustainability in the Asia-Pacific.
