When the participating organizations sign up, register and hand in the materials, they need to agree to the organizers to collect, handle and use to analyze the data, publish the books, media exposure(e.g. newspaper, network platform and so on) and for digitalization for non-profit goals without restrictions to the time or location.
After the organizations win the awards, they need to agree to the organizers to announce and rewrite the accomplishments about winning the awards(from the materials handed in) to analyze the data, publish the books, media exposure(e.g. newspaper, network platform and so on) and for digitalization for transparency and integrity, fair, public and impartial principle.
The materials when the participating organizations sign up, register and hand in need to be factual data, in order to uphold the corporate sustainability spirit to reveal the transparency and integrity information. When malicious deception which reported to be true happens, participating organizations need to agree the organizers to adjust or cancel the awards.
The organizers reserve the right to amend, change, explain or cancel any event content or details, and all information shall be deemed authoritative in accord with publishing on the official website only.
