New Taipei City Government Public Venue Rental System
New Taipei City prioritizes a people-centered approach, managing public venues as shared assets to guarantee equitable access for all citizens. To maximize resource utilization, the city government established the Public Venue Rental System, integrating 1,558 venues across 340 agencies into a single platform. The system allows citizens to search for venues and manage bookings online, while real-time calendar synchronization prevents duplicate bookings and ensures venue information consistency. To date, the platform has recorded 85,525,203 website visits (including 84,470,061 homepage views and 1,055,142 venue searches), 16,638 applications, 243,506 bookings, and
