Carbon Off Show Time is Bank SinoPac’s 360° Carbon Off ecosystem, linking digital engagement, green finance, paperless services, and physical channels to make carbon reduction more visible and participatory in daily banking. Through the LINE Carbon Off Zone, customers can track personal paper-saving and carbon-reduction results, use green notifications, complete tasks, access green services, and earn Golden Bee Points. The program extends to Green Deposits, Green Investment, and the Carbon Off Counter, connecting participation with sustainable financial products and paperless branch experiences, while supporting the bank’s broader efforts in energy transition, operations optimization, and sustainability advocacy. As of 2025, the program reached 4.35 million LINE friends, 1.21 million verified users, and 1.02 million green notification users, reducing 51 million sheets of paper and 918 metric tons of CO2e. These results show how Bank SinoPac integrates carbon reduction into everyday banking and expands low-carbon practices through visible outcomes and integrated digital and physical channels.
