Warmth in Yunlin: New Power & Mutual Prosperity Initiative
Yunlin County is currently home to over 17,000 new immigrants who face multi-faceted challenges in language, culture, and social adaptation. Driven by the vision of "Turning Hometown into Home," this project has established a comprehensive inclusion system spanning administrative support, life empowerment, and value realization. Our core strategies include the establishment of "New Immigrant One-Stop Service Windows" across all 20 townships to ensure administrative efficiency and accessibility. Furthermore, Yunlin is the only county in Taiwan to have continuously held the "New Immigrant Model Mother Commendation" for six consecutive years, fostering a profound sense of honor and ethnic dignity. By facilitating the naturalization of world-class AI talent and empowering new immigrant sisters to excel in education, media, and entrepreneurship, this project successfully transforms new immigrants from "care recipients" into "New Driving Forces" for Yunlin’s development. We are committed to practicing the sustainable spirit of "Leaving No One Behind."。
