Continuous Improvement, Relentless Progress.
Launched in 2007, the 'Continuous Improvement Program (CIP),' driven by 'There is always a better way!', has evolved into a core engine for corporate culture and sustainability. It empowers employees to proactively solve problems, aligning with SDG 12. CIP's success lies in its systematic structure and deep cultural integration, fostered by leadership, communication, training, and internal coaching, embedding improvement daily. Its flexible approach utilizes diverse tools. The 'Best of the Year' promote motivation and knowledge sharing. Impact highlights: over 90% employee participation, 648 annual projects, a cumulative 7,588 projects (65% AI/automation integrated). Talent development includes 480+ classes for 13,000 participants, boosting problem- solving skills. By 2025, projected savings are 1.4 billion NTD, with cumulative benefits nearing 14.9 billion NTD. The CIP model is highly scalable. Standardized training, project management, and a 'Seed Program' have guided 23 affiliated companies to complete 1,304 projects. CIP's capabilities also extend to the supply chain, assisting 152 suppliers with 420 projects, achieving 560 million NTD in benefits.
