Qisda utilizes the DATA model (Digitalization, Automation, Transformation, Analytics) as its core strategy, integrating the DATA ABC (Awareness, Behavior, Change) framework to advance digital transformation and sustainability. The company offers digital tools like the QPlay App, Health Bar, and an internal portal, while adopting RPA, AI, and BI platforms for automation and process optimization. By 2024, Qisda aims for over NT$200 million in cost savings and optimization of 100,000 work hours. To foster a transformation culture, it has launched AI courses, hackathons, and the QLMS platform, with participation projected at 5,447 and digital learning at 79%. Data on digitalization and automation is analyzed with AI to inform management decisions. Qisda promotes digital achievements through the "together make the world better" model, aiding affiliates and sharing knowledge externally, aligning with SDG 9 to enhance efficiency, reduce carbon, and foster industry collaboration.
