ESG Sustainable and Diverse Green Actions
This project includes two main measures: "ESG Intelligent Anti-Fraud ATM" and "Multi-channel Digital Coupon". "ESG Intelligent Anti-Fraud ATM" offers innovative services in three areas: Corporate Social Responsibility, Inclusive Finance, and Environmental Protection. In Corporate Social Responsibility, it raises public awareness and reduces fraud by collaborating with “National Police Agency, MOI” to detect anomalies and show "Anti-Fraud Warning Messages" on ATM or alerts through "ATM Intelligent Anti-Fraud Real-Time Notification System" to aid police investigations. In Inclusive Finance, it optimizes interfaces and processes to meet diverse needs, providing multiple modes for users to switch based on their situations. For Environmental Protection, it digitizes transaction receipts and coupons to cut carbon emissions and introduces an energy-saving mode to lower energy use during off-peak hours. The "Multi-Channel Digital Coupon" initiative partners with various industry vendors to offer a wide range of coupons, providing more convenient and eco-friendly way to collect and redeem through "Digital Cross-platform Coupon Collection" and " Digitalization of Co-Branded Card Rewards".
