Establish a Smart Care Platform from Prevention to Treatment with Holistic Healthcare as the CoreTaiwan has the best healthcare system in the world, but there are still health inequalities in eastern Taiwan due to the lack of medical resources. Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital is the only medical center in eastern Taiwan. We have proposed "establishing an integrated smart care system from prevention to treatment with holistic healthcare as the core" as the best action plan to help the people. This solution is based on information communications and introduces two AI models, deep learning and machine learning, to handle the case management healthcare mobile system and the integrated cancer screening systemrespectively. The "Integrated Cancer Screening System" not only improved the cancer screening success rate from 63.8% to 93.8%, but also successfully reduced the workload of clinical staff. In addition, the "Case Management Healthcare Mobile System" shows that more than 90% of patients are satisfied with this system and think it is helpful to the quality of care. After the intervention of the system, the no-show rate of outpatient appointment dropped from 24% to 7.9%, while the mortality rate dropped from 10% to 3%. The system can indeed improve medical compliance and survival rate.
