    電磁鋼片應用於電動車驅動馬達之創新研發

    電動車具備節能減碳之環保優勢,近年來的發展已漸趨明朗。 驅動馬達為電動車最核心之部件,其主要是由電磁鋼片所構成,故選用適當的電磁鋼片將是提升馬達效率之重要關鍵。由於車輛行駛條件相當複雜,包含起步、爬坡與高速行駛,進而影響馬達損耗分布;此外,窄化轉子隔磁橋可減少磁漏而有助 於提昇馬達效率,但容易因離心力而引起疲勞破壞,故驅動馬達用電磁鋼片需同時具備低鐵損、高磁通與高強度等特性,然而欲達成各項特性的冶金行為卻往往相互違背。中鋼公司(以下簡稱中鋼)與大專院校、研究機構組成聯盟,深入研究設法突破技術瓶頸,終能供應高品質之電動車驅動馬達用電磁鋼片,並獨家供應TESLA,亦成功導入VW與Audi供應鏈。隨著驅動馬達用電磁鋼片用料薄化,使得傳統馬達鐵芯接合技術漸達瓶頸,未來電動車馬達鐵芯組立將朝無銲接、無鉚接之技術發展,中鋼投入研發創新能量,開發自黏塗膜與鐵芯加工關鍵技術,其精密度、疊積率與馬達效率均較傳統銲、鉚接為佳, 目前正與國內加工業者合作積極推廣中,此項技術有助於鞏固台灣在電動車供應鏈之關鍵性與主導性。
