    女力當道 富邦證券實踐職場平權
    富邦證券重視兩性平等工作權,提供全體員工公平合理的待遇、享有多元之就業與職涯發展機會,在薪資、福利、晉升機會及退休給付,均致力男女平等,呼應聯合國永續發展目標之性別平等。2021年底,女性正職員工占比達66%,顯見在招募及錄用員工方面,落實兩性平等政策,其中,女性擔任初階主管比重高達55%,遠遠高於行政院主計總處公告之全台灣女性民意代表、主管及經理人員30%的比重。在主管培訓方面,女性員工參與儲備主管培訓人數高達67%、中階主管人數逾50%,顯見本公司對儲備主管人才不因性別而有差別待遇。
    富邦證券自2017年開始設有母性健康保護計畫,評估女性員工妊娠之日起至分娩後一年之間,在工作場所的工作型態評估,並關心懷孕前、中、後同仁懷孕身心狀況。2021年提供優於法令的10週有薪產假、每胎新生兒補助10萬元、6歲以下子女每年補助育兒津貼1.5萬元,力求建構友善生養職場。為了保障員工生活及家庭,眷屬團保保費公司負擔70%,不限員工子女人數,僅收1人保費,2021年員工子女投保人數共841人。我們照顧每位為家庭用心付出的員工,樹立職場典範,發揮正向的力量與每位員工、家庭、政府共同打造性別友善之社會。
