Sustainability is a journey of continuous learning. From HR manager to CSO, I always inspire myself to be passionate, learn from role models, and do better. The role of the CSO is to observe the needs of the company and assist the organization to move towards sustainable development. I assist the operation of the company's CSR committee, including cross-unit horizontal integration, goal setting, resource introduction, and building consensus to of all employees, listening to and communicating with various stakeholders, working with value chain partners to build a sustainable ecosystem and accomplish AUO's vision of "Go beyond CSR and create shared values". When sustainability becomes the key to the company's viability and competitiveness, I will continue to use my expertise and influence to help the company get ready, hoping to drive infinite possibilities with sustainability.
