Hong Kong Pampers Onward Preemie Babies-The Smallest Diaper with The Biggest Love
There are about 15 million premature babies born around the world every year, with around 4,000 in Hong Kong (premature birth rate at around 6.5%). Advances in medical science have enabled younger and smaller babies to survive, which has created the need for even smaller preemie diapers that are also specially designed to meet their unique needs.
Parents of premature babies in Hong Kong faced a big challenge before this campaign launched – premature baby diapers are hardly available, and no systematic supporting platform for them to obtain premature baby care knowledge.
Therefore, Pampers partnered with charity partners, retailer partners, neonatal teams, and with the support of society in Hong Kong to raise awareness of prematurity while offering a small touch of love to the vulnerable babies.
Since this campaign launched in 2018, more than 1,800 premature babies have benefited from this program, and this good cause close to our heart will continue.
