Shaping the global health and welfare with medical strengthShuang Ho hospital has power of a quasi-medical center and is also international sustainable hospital. Since 2013, we have been commissioned by the Ministry of Health and Welfare to implement "Pacific Allies and Friendly Countries Medical Cooperation Plan", and has been deeply involved in for ten years. We actively committed to improving core medical problems in Marshall Islands, not only increasing resources year by year, but also use referral system to carry out chronic disease prevention and control plans in community, according to different disease trends (included tuberculosis, diabetes to dengue fever prevention), to establish various medical policy. We further assist in training of medical students, fully exerting Taiwan's medical soft and hard power. Our effectiveness has been highly valued and affirmed by local government and public, which has been awarded "Friend of Foreign Service Medal", " Taiwan global healthcare association 3rd International Medical Model Award" and 2022 SNQ national quality label, to create well-being for friendly countries and overseas, consolidating national friendship. We continuing towards realization of sustainable development goals (SDGs).
