G H Bank Homeownership Lifecycle Ecosystem
The Government Housing Bank (G H Bank) has launched the "G H Bank Homeownership Lifecycle Ecosystem" — a transformative initiative redefining conventional housing loans into a sustainable lifecycle model. Aligned with the Bank of Thailand's "Financial Landscape" framework and global SDGs, the project expands credit access for low-income, self-employed, and vulnerable populations traditionally excluded due to limited income documentation. The ecosystem operates across three phases: Phase 1 – Access Creation: Builds financial literacy via "Financial Literacy Schools" and leverages the GHB ALL GEN app to develop alternative data credit-scoring models. Phase 2 – Inclusive Financing: Offers tailored products, some of which backed by Thailand's first state-owned bank Sustainability Bonds. Phase 3 – Home Retention: Deploys AI-driven risk analytics and relief programs In 2025, G H Bank disbursed THB 247.241 billion in housing loans, with Social Solution Loans accounting for 55.8%. By embedding ESG principles into core strategy, G H Bank drives systemic sustainability, secures equitable housing, reduces structural inequality, and elevates the quality of life for Thai citizens.
