Guided by Dr. Marcy Ditmanson’s vision—“Go where the needs are”—Chia-Yi Christian Hospital (CYCH) has served Alishan’s Indigenous communities for over 20 years. To advance health equity, CYCH developed the culturally sensitive, community-driven "Greater Alishan Holistic Care Model," creating a comprehensive life-course care network. For early childhood, CYCH delivers village- based early intervention, benefiting over 30,000 parent-child pairs.
