Digital Innovation for Sustainable Urban Parking in Tainan
Taiwan has become a super-aged society in 2025. However, the care capacity for healthy older persons still requires support from the private sector. Since 2020, Radium Group’s "The Silver Light Project of Radium Life" via the brand "iBeautiful Life," the Group has leveraged construction expertise to create age-appropriate, barrier-free living environments offering comprehensive physical and mental care for older persons.
In 2024, iBeautiful Life was focused on Taiwan's Long-Term Care policy’s community-based local services, facilitated partnerships between the community and hospital to establish a Medical C-Stations, and launched the first privately-operated community care stations, "Le Lin Club", serving as a social interaction and health promotion center.
Radium Group ensures the secure residence, dignity, and social inclusion of older persons through "urban rental housing, mixed rental-sales service-oriented housing, and community care stations." This strategy extends healthy life expectancy, bolsters Taiwan's preventive care network, and aligns with SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
