Digital tech supports sustainable channels: Smart Assistant innovates and services customers fairly.
Taiwan Life Smart Assistant 2.0 is a major digital innovation. Integrating AI, big data analysis, and mobile tech, it revolutionizes insurance fintech, not only raising efficiency and service quality, but also realizing multiple UN SDGs. Its core innovation is a comprehensive digital ecosystem, covering real-time performance tracking, smart customer management, precision matching and location-based services.
Smart Assistant services over 270,000 customers, and nearly 80,000 orphans. In 2024, business channels met performance targets by 104%, while business performance growth at regions with high app usage reached 144%. For environmental sustainability, it vastly cuts paper use by 3.15 million sheets or 22.2 tCO2e, and replaces 2,000 man-hours per month. For tech innovation, it has 6 patents (2 invention patents and 4 utility model patents). Its big data analysis tech can precisely match tailored services to customers. The success rate of agents making a customer appointment is up 58%, while user satisfaction is 97%.
Looking forward, Smart Assistant will integrate more fintech applications. We work to become a digital transition model, and contribute to achieving the 2030 UN SDGs.
