The ESG Path to Food Safety: From Clinics to Daily Life
Promoting goals and vision. There are many news reports about unscrupulous food products where toxic chemicals are illegally added to processed foods. The sustainability strategies include reducing waste (reducing consumers’ panic to fake food safety news), promoting sustainable practices (assisting media to accurately report food safety news), and investing in technologies (organizing public lectures on healthy diet) that benefit the community.
Leveraging core capabilities to implement SDGs. The goal of this action follows the principal of Goal 4 (Quality Education), but instead targeting on food safety education.
Promoting methods and innovative behaviors. The methodologies include providing public lectures on healthy eating, analysis of food safety news, suggestions for national food safety policies, and providing toxicology training to junior doctors.
Promoting social value and impact. This action focuses on a multi-faceted approach, including supporting communities and fostering positive relationships with government authorities.
Scalability and replicability. The action is scalable on demand and reproducible by other international poison center.
