"ONE MORE PAGE" is an innovative reading initiative originating from Yunlin, actively promoted by the Yunlin County Government to foster social inclusion and cultivate reading as an everyday habit. Since 2017, local bookstores have been invited to join by setting up simple book corners to display curated selections. Each shop tells its own story through books, reflecting local values. Participants receive a free "ONE FOR ALL" book certified by the government. When a book is purchased, readers can choose a free bookcrossing title or bring a certified book to any participating store for a free exchange—encouraging book circulation and discovery. In January 2019, "ONE MORE PAGE" secured a domestic trademark patent, establishing a nationwide reading brand spearheaded by Yunlin. To date, over 325 distinctive shops, both within and outside Yunlin County and even overseas, have joined, creating a diverse and unique reading map that enhances accessibility and fosters community cohesion. By sharing the "ONE MORE PAGE" brand, a robust networking platform is established, where human interaction infuses warmth into the reading experience.
