To bridge the digital divide and educational inequality between urban and rural areas, Coretronic has actively promoted programming education in rural areas. Our goal is to equalize access to programming education, ignite rural students’ interest in learning to code, enhance their logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and build a foundation for digital literacy. Since 2016, we have leveraged our core products and partnered with local universities to launch the “Light Pioneer” program for rural students in Miaoli County, which has rolled out in phases: “High-tech Adventure”, “Digital Interactive Classroom”, “Future Light Camp 1.0”, and “Future Light Camp 2.0”. These innovative projects help students progress from basic programming to creative application. This corresponds to our commitment to developing a sustainable and replicable education model that narrows the learning gap and empowers rural youth through the power of technology.
