CTCI is the largest EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) group in Taiwan and among the world’s top 100, under the leadership of CSO Ho, has achieved significant recognition in ESG performance. It has not only consecutively secured the highest score in the DJSI global construction and engineering industry for three straight years but also consistently ranked among the top 1% in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook. Since taking office, CSO Ho has been committed to integrating the concept of sustainability into the company's culture, following the goal of making sustainability a core competitive advantage and part of the company's DNA. She has implemented a strategy of "linking core businesses, connecting with SDGs, and addressing major issues" to promote sustainability, focusing on corporate governance (G), social participation (S), and environmental protection (E).
CSO Ho has actively and decisively formulated and updated ESG strategies and plans to expand sustainability impact. In terms of governance (G), she has focused on 11 major issues through stakeholder engagement, linking corporate sustainability development goals and KPIs, and
reviewing climate & nature risks and opportunities. In terms of the environment (E), she has consistently promoted business growth through three aspects of core business "green engineering" and committed to setting a carbon reduction goals with the 1.5°C, approved by SBTi. Under the leadership of CSO, CTCI completed a greenhouse gas inventory for the entire group globally, set reduction targets and green energy plans for each operation, promoted the CTCI Supplier Net Zero Alliance, biodiversity projects, and became one of the first global TNFD early adopters. CTCI holds the Taiwan Sustainable Engineering Forum annually, leading the engineering industry towards sustainability. In terms of society (S), she has created a diverse, equal, and inclusive workplace, formulated welfare benefits that exceed legal requirements, and expanded social impact through the CTCI Education Foundation and diverse sustainable alliance partners.
CSO Ho has led CTCI to the international stage in sustainability, participating in COP28 in 2023 and was invited to share "CTCI’s Road to Sustainability and Net-Zero." at the "Taiwan's Experience in Green Economic Development" forum, showcasing CTCI's commitment to sustainability on the global stage.
CSO Ho will continue to lead CTCI to set an exemplary model, aiming to guide the industry towards sustainability and fulfil CTCI's ESG vision of being "A Guardian of Sustainable Earth."
