《Water and Greenery Environment - LixinPark,Taichung City》Evolution and transformation of the sewage treatment plant：To improve the declined idle space of sewage treatment plant by reserving the early sewage treatment facilities and the particular compositionof irrigation ditches. Also, people could understand the history of sewage treatment and the vitality of transformation by instruction and recreation experience. An educational space of the environment with water and the history of park：To build the historical environmental educational space of city park coexisting water under the concept of friendly fusion and sustainable circulation. Disaster prevention and flood detention：The detention pond is designed under the concept of detention maintenance and effective detention volume, so that it is able to handle the flooding around. Water retention and storage：The park implements the concept of water storage, permeability and retention accompanied by the idea of sponge city to develop into a LID demo and a space of environmental education.
