Customized Non-circular Sprockets for Bicycles: Strengthening the Development of the Bicycle.As the importance of the bicycle industry continues to grow and customized demands increase, " customized non-circular chainrings for bicycles" have become a noteworthy innovative technology. Through collaboration with the " Hao Juen Technology Co., Ltd." established through the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Technology Development Program for Academia" at National Formosa University, efforts are jointly devoted to promoting this technology, attracting widespread attention domestically and internationally. In 2023, the project won the gold award at the Asia-Pacific Sustainability Action Awards for promoting low-carbon energy transition and green transportation, integrating technology with sports physiology under the theme "Customized Non-circular Sprockets for Bicycles: Strengthening the Development of the Bicycle Industry", providing personalized transportation options for all age groups, significantly enhancing riding efficiency, increasing both the green transportation industry and public willingness to ride bicycles, promoting the advancement of cycling, and driving economic and urban sustainability.
