Energy Efficiency Governance and Promotion in Yunlin CountyTo enhance local energy governance and promote energy conservation in residential, service, governmental, and agricultural sectors, Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs has implemented an energy-saving campaign. Our team supports Yunlin County Government in collaboration with the Ministry to drive the "Energy Efficiency Governance and Promotion Plan." This initiative focuses on promoting energy-saving habits and innovating smart energy use, maintaining Yunlin's energy-saving capacity, and generating new momentum for conservation. This has encouraged residents to turn energy-saving knowledge into practical actions, fostering good energy habits and improving Yunlin's overall conservation efforts, aligning with the "2050 Net Zero Emission" policy. The plan, in partnership with Asia University, National Formosa University, Yunlin County Government, local business districts, and NGOs, promotes smart energy use in residential and commercial sectors. We have conducted over 30 energy education programs in elementary schools and collaborated with more than 300 local businesses. We'veincreased the visibility of Yunlin's energy policies, fostering a county-wide energysaving atmosphere.
