CTCI University - Temple for Cultivating Green Engineering TalentCTCI regards "talent" as its most valuable asset, crucial for the success of its intelligent EPC services. With over 40 years of achievements, CTCI emphasizes the career development and strategies of each colleague, considering their growth imperative. Actively investing in talent development, CTCI established the "CTCI University" internally and the "CTCI Learning" platform externally. These initiatives aim to nurture global engineering talents, providing comprehensive education and training, and expanding social learning impact. To retain talents and foster continuous improvement, CTCI integrated training resources into a single platform, CTCI University, in 2020. The platform offers a borderless learning experience, with over 1,500 courses online by 2023, benefiting 8,082 employees, averaging 73.01 training hours per person annually. In 2021, CTCI launched the "CTCI Learning" website, offering over 200 engineering courses to various sectors and the public, with more than 2,700 members and over 10,812 course completions by 2023. These initiatives extend CTCI's resources externally, nurturing sustainable engineering capabilities.
