When cardiac arrest occurs, it is a huge challenge for patients, families, and society. The patients can be brought back to life if integrated, high-quality post-cardiac arrest care is deployed. This project aims to construct a multi-disciplinary team to establish high-quality post-cardiac arrest care to achieve Sustainable Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being. We develop a standardized post-cardiac arrest process, quality management indicators, and an innovative post-discharge follow-up clinic to provide patient-centered care. Smart medical processes are developed, including using business intelligence to manage quality indicators and novel multimodal outcome prediction with automated brain image analysis by artificial intelligence. Cardiac arrest patients need to be treated in nearby hospitals. We create social values and influence by developing implementation processes with partner hospitals through a data sharing form nationwide registry program, giving educational lectures, and holding workshops to reach Sustainable Goal 4: Quality Education. This project also demonstrates the scalability and replicability of the resuscitation care models with partnerships for the goal.
