Taiwan Life Insurance “TeamWalk” Healthy Enterprise Ecosystem
In line with ESG sustainability, Taiwan Life has partnered with corporate customers to achieve the SDG of Good Health and Wellbeing. Through a new business model, we have created differentiated digital services offering corporate employees preventive health management and insurance benefits, so enterprises can enhance employee health and insurance companies can reduce long-term claim costs.
Taiwan Life annually holds the TeamWalk awards and forum in partnership with corporate customers. By bringing together corporate, industry, government, academia and the healthcare sector through cross-industry O2O integration, we respond to sustainable development and major social issues, creating mutual benefits for all. In 2023, we hired third-party international consultant Deloitte ＆ Touche to conduct the TeamWalk App impact assessment, finding the app has generated NT$1.27 billion in positive impact. This was the industry’s first impact assessment quantifying project impact in monetary terms to analyze investment returns. As of December 2023, TeamWalk members have reached 30,000 and 3,365 enterprises have signed up as we continue to enhance our award-winning, patented digital services.
