Safe Workplaces with Peace of Mind Amid COVID-19: Location-specific Response with Early Deployment and Agility and Optimal Care for Employees
Human resources are FENC’s vital assets. In this fight against COVID-19, we have taken actions in line with global pandemic development and government policies by implementing localized COVID response and supporting measures to provide most updated information and maintain employees’ peace of mind at workplaces. We take optimal care of all employees and their family members through a host of assistance programs. FENC colleagues feel the care from the company and become even more dedicated to growing and thriving with us.
FENC keeps abreast of the pandemic development in real time and responds immediately with agility by adopting the COVID response measures stated as below:

2. Control measures on gatherings and people’s movement
3. Establishing a companywide Health Care System
4. Incentivizing employees to get vaccinated
5. Providing stable supply of COVID response materials
6. Actively assisting migrant workers to receive rapid antigen tests for COVID
FENC also purchased insurance policies covering air ambulance service for expatriates and their family members living with them overseas.
