In response to the pressures brought about by demographic shifts in talent attraction and retention, SKFH has implemented corresponding action while building up a DEI workplace. Talent attraction: SKFH has established measures for recruitment of indigenous peoples, including employee referral bonus, offering one-time recruitment bonuses, promotion bonuses, certification bonuses, as well as indigenous holiday leave and subsidies. Also, SKFH adopt job redesign approach to hire more people with disabilities than legally required while alleviating labor shortage pressures. Talent retention: SKL and MLS retain senior employees whose performance and personal qualities are suitable through reemployment program. SKL also implements a health and safety protection plan to maintain the physical and mental well-being of elder employees. Additionally, SKFH creates supportive workplaces and career pathways for female by female role models sharing and set the goal of percentage of female senior management. By online DEI training for all employee and create ambassador mechanism, SKFH strives to create DEI workplace, accomplishing our strategic directions - “achiever of joyful career”.
