“funBIZ” online collection service
With a strong awareness of preventing the COVID-19 pandemic, online shopping replaces local store shopping. To follow prevailing trend, more business owners have invested in e-commerce by considering growing proportion of internet users and increasing frequency of online purchasing.
In response to the SDG8 vision, which aims to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth by enhancing the needs of SMEs for economic development, Bank SinoPac has launched the "funBIZ" online collection service. By combining digital financial and e-commerce services, this solution assists SMEs in seizing online business opportunities and accelerating financial operations and efficiency. As a FinTech solution, funBIZ simplifies complex financial operations and enhances the role of technology in both the industrial and financial sectors.
funBIZ integrates various digital payment methods and expands its application services to include cash flow derivatives, catering to diverse payment scenarios and business models. In addition, "funBIZ" provides Open APIs and a single management platform to address common challenges such as program connection and account management. Bank SinoPac has developed "funBIZ" to support corporate customers in accelerating their digital transformation, creating a win-win situation for consumers, corporate customers, and the bank.
In 2022, "funBIZ " served more than 1,200 businesses, earning revenue of NT$14.61 billion , and was awarded the Silver Award of the 2022 Taiwan Sustainable Action Award (TSAA).
In order to implement the sustainable commitment of "promoting inclusive growth" and realize our vision “Together, a better life.”, Bank SinoPac has set the short-term , medium-term and long-term goals of "funBIZ" to continuously support the growth of SMEs. "funBIZ" transaction amount KPIs: 2023:NT$ 12 billion、2025:NT$ 15 billion、2027:NT$ 19 billion.
